对不起，再问一次有关PhD毕业前申请Postdoc的H1的事

我今年冬季PhD毕业。老扳很希望我留下来做一阵博士后。我也很想继续我现在做的研究。但不能申请OPT，因为已经申请NIW并递交了485表。所以很想毕业前就能拿到H1。请问有没有可能？用老板的offer信和学校出具的学业完成证明可以去申请H1吗？谢谢赐教。
