I don't think you have much choice in the matter now. Your best option now is probably NOT to get married. Get your fiance or fiancee to come to the US first on his/her own with a non-immigrant visa like F1, then you can get married in the US.

Otherwise, if u get married in China, there is little chance that your spouse will be able to come to the US on any non-immigrant visa. You are looking at a very long separation both in terms of time and distance.
