not true. Getting AP and using

Just getting AP is not equal to using it. No where does it say that you have to leave the country after getting AP. I am not sure what immigration code you are referring to, but you had better check it. It is not true.

Besides, for H/L visa holders with pending 485, they don't need AP to travel abroad any more.
