I filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently end of 2002. The I-140 was denied last September and I appealed it last November. Still didn't hear anything. EB-2. My stupid company lawyer told me that CIS is processing the appeal case around the end of 2003, and I still need to wait a year. Do you have any information on that. Same VSC.
