reopened I-485 何时批

I140 Denied in Jan, appealed in March, reopened and approved in April; 485 reopened same day, pending now. But wife's case not reopened still; Millions calls to CIS with no help. Anyone who has similar experience, please share. Thanks a lot! VSC.
