急！I-140补材料需要各位帮忙！谢谢！

当时申请绿卡忘了填ETA-750B，现在要补材料，其中之一就是要求填此表。要求填上最近3年的工作经历，请问各位应该填写到目前为止3年的工作经历还是填写至递I-140时为止的3年工作经历。请各位有类似经历的帮忙，非常感谢！！！
