Marriage greencard process tim

According to UPS tracking, Chicago office signed and received all my document for I-485 on April 28. But I haven't received any receipt notice from USCIS. Is the new rule that all this kind of case need to go to Chicago delayed the process, anybody have similar experience? Got any receipt, how long did it take? Thank you.
