Hello, How do you know you could not find you case, from phone call or online case search? Recently, I called CIS, the automatic system informed that due to temporary system problem, we cannot access the case. The case should be approved a long time ago, submission date: May 02, additional evidence submitted on March 05, the principal applicant was approved. So I just wounder that such kind cases were taken for process. By the way, when did you submit 485, which center?
