I485 after addition data TSC

Hello, I485 was submitted on May 2002 at TSC. Principal applicant was approved three months ago. Additional evidence (medical exam) was sent on March this years. So far no information. Does any one have experiece: is take how long to get the approval after submission of additional evidence in TSC (the case is already later than the regular process). Thanks.
