总的来讲，NSC似乎不太愿意爽爽快快地给approval。我的140，485，parole，EAD都收到过RFE。都是一些鸡角旮旯的事情，比如照片不清楚等等。我的感觉是，你即使准备地再认真，他们还是会找茬。但是只要你按要求补材料，就会很快批准。

另外，我的485RFE是这样的：
submit a letter and/or other documentary evidence which establishes that you will continue to be engaged in the occupation of which the NIW is based. This evidence shall specify how you intend to serve the national interest and confirm that you intend to carry out the terms and conditions of the underlying _140 petition。

看起来挺吓人的，好像要准备许多东西，比方写个cover letter什么的。但我只交了一个employment letter就完事了：

To Whom It May Concern:

This letter is to verify that Dr. XXX is currently employed as a Research Associate in the XXX institution. His current salary is XXX.

XXX
Secretary

信里也没提到permanent job 和 full time 什么的。
其他什么也没交，比方W2表，税表，paystub等等罗里罗嗦的东西。
