Last year, I have extended my J1 visa two more years after I have stayed here for 3 years and applied IGA waiver. For my IGA waiver, my boss got the second letter from HHS. In the letter, they say they are considering my case now and they have informed the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services that they considering the application on behalf of me.
So it is an old story.
