The email you can use for inquiry is status@DAL.DFLC.US.
Yes, as a beneficiary, you can contact them directly.

The filing date of mine was Oct 02.

Another point is that I thought all New Jersey cases are in Philadelphia, but the reply email was from Dallas (notice DAL in the email address).
