Need your help in 485!

In G-325 form, there are two places for living address information:

1.Applicant's residence last five years. List Present Address First.

2.Applicant's last address outside The United States of more than one year.


I have question in putting address in "Applicant's residence last five years", this is only for US address, right? In my case, I only have lived in US for three years, what I need to do? add my China living address? If so, it will be same as 2--Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year. Thank alot for your help.
