still about NIW RFE

我当时提交材料时没有申请什么membership, 因为都是交钱就入的， 请问现在还有必要申请一个吗？
我做的实验主要是临床方面的，有许多人现在用我们的方法， 请问这算不算有IMPACT？
怎样能更有力的说明exemption from the requirement of a job offer would be in the national interest of the United State.
还有， 有没有人补材料时找的律师， 收费大概在多少，大家有没有好的律师推荐？
