buddy,think this way: if all niw applicants go to LC, I think most of them still will go through it, the amount of total GC applicants will be the same,this is what you want? why do you hate niw? does it bother your GC application?
if you are qualified for niw, go for it; if not, don't blame it, this is American immigration law, if you want to change it, go write to INS to state you oppose it, let's see what will happen.
