Don't trust your lawyer! I am a Chemistry Ph.D. and working as a medicinal chemist in a biotech company. When I applied for LC RIR many years ago, my lawyer wrote the wrong job title (Medical Scientist instead of Chemist) for me and put the wrong advertisement (seeking Pharmacologist instead of Chemist) in my files. Even worse, when the state office asked for more evidence for my case, hesimply faxed the old and wrong materials again! As a result, my case was rejected at the federal level. Double check everything before signing on the application forms.
