焦心重重的再次询问：爸爸北京二签被拒， 被拒印戳上出现奇怪标

爸爸的单位去年被另一家公司兼并。他在156表上填的是旧公司的名称，而单位请假证明的信纸抬头是新单位的名称。（我之前没看他的请假证明，确实疏忽了）签证官说爸爸使用了虚假材料，而且不听爸爸的解释。愤恨！！！
爸爸比较了今年的拒签章和去年的据签章，发现多了一个“小黑桃”标志（类似扑克牌的黑桃， 从远看像是个黑箭头）。我们很担心这是有关“黑名单”或者永久不能给与签证的标志。麻烦最近被拒的朋友们，家长们帮忙看看，你们的据签章是不是也有“小黑桃”。欢迎灌水！ 万分感谢！！！
