既然她renew过了， 就应该不是最近的事情， 我的是半年前得到的stamp,上面说的就是一年有效， 如果一年内还没有受到塑料卡， 需要renew， 其实这和什么婚姻不婚姻的没有任何关系。

I am suggesting that it is rarely the case when it is necessary to the stamp on the passport. It shouldn't take over 1 year for people to get their official green card. They come very fast now.
