How to change FP place

i got my FP notice, unfortunately, right now i left the assigned address temporarily and in other state. could you please provide some suggests how to change FP office in current state (CA)?

Can i take the FP notice and do it in the current state (CA)?

I have to go back the assigned office for FP?

i really appreciate any suggestions.
