File your I485(EAD/AP) at once if you are not EB3.
you can still get Green Card if you are not asked for RFE.

During I485 pending search for new Job, Apply for H1 transfer if I140 still pending. or use EAD if I140 approved at that time.

you can use AP to travele to China and back.

If your I140/I485 is rejected, go to China and reapply H4.
