Used to have the same situation as yours. I applied both EB-1b and NIW. Because of the change of job, the EB-1b got denied although I have worked for the first employer for 10 months. Fortunately the NIW was approved at the same day.

If you have worked for your previous employer over 180 days, you might still have some hope, otherwise your 140 will be denied. Better to try NIW at the same time.
