I-140上的名字有错误

由Lawyer file的I-140（NIW，EB2）。但由Lawyer寄回的receipt上的名字拼错了。
Lawyer已和CIS联系。但Lawyer告诉我们，CIS会会更改有关的file，但不会再寄一份新的更正名字的receipt（是这样吗？）。这样的话，是否会影响我们自己file I-485？
（我以前办OPT时，CIS也把我的名字拼错。后来把OPT寄回，花了一个半月才搞好。）
