Help with CA immigration

I got my visa and landing paper last week. I checked our online status, saying the final decision has been made. We will contact you concerning this decision. We am very confused with this statement "we will contact...".

Does anyone have the same experience? What issue are they concerened with?
Please share. Thanks for your help in advance.

The following is my timeline:

Dec,2003: Application submitted
Feb,2004: First letter received
Sept,2004: Second letter received
Oct, 2004: Medical exam received
Apr. 2005: Four letter received
May,2005: Visa and land papers issued
