It is varying, the fastest may be 2 or 3 months, slowest may be over half year. I took 8 months, preparing letters drafts is time consuming and boring. If you prepare the drafts and look for referees carefully and cautiously, it takes more time. But it is worth, cautiously prepared letters would add more credits to success. Good luck!
