TO those waiting for LC

I think the DOL is trying to reduce the LC issuing by delaying
cases to more than 3 years,so that many applicants will be forced out of games, if you could not keep hired in same company till 485 phases , you will be out.
my PD 3/20/03 and got 45 days letter in Feb 2005 and no news. we are in same boat.I bless eveyone with same situation with me.

But , I also always keep evaluating the my value of staying in USA and will be not regret if I am forced to quit someday.

honestly .I don t like the country. after 911 they treated every immigrants as salves and spys .

Perm, short of hands, out of visa , all is excuse.the history will expore the evil , all above was arranged on purposes.
