律师态度真差

声请H1,called 张哲瑞联合律师事务所(houston)，女律师真牛:“我很忙，不交费免谈！”,I'm worry about the service quality provided by such a lawyer with so bad patience.
I really want to apply H1 by myself, is that possible?
