Thank you for the replies. I spoke lawyers. One said that you did nothing of "misreprentations". It should be OK for any case. One suggest to to local INS to have passport stampled. At that time tell them what happened. If proved, OK. If denied, still keep the H1B.

My concerns is if my H1B status is still valid. Any insights?
