similar situation. i filed I140 in 08/2003 and 485 in 2/2004. i am still waiting my i-485 (bty, both my cases of niw and eb1a have been approved). my lawyer help me inquiry my i485 and then got second FP. after 2nd FP, still waiting. Hi, we need luck because i saw lots of people have been gotten their GC even file later than us. Hi....
