博士后转成研究助教授如何递交绿卡申请？

刚递交了EB2/NIW后获得Research AssistantProfessor的职务，不只如何修改绿卡申请程序。是否可以补充材料，加快申请进程。以Research Assistant Professor的职务需要多久获得140?
