you have to show your immunization record if you had the shots before. Normally, they won't just take your word for it. The exception may be varivax, you can say that you had chickenpox as a child, then you won't need it.

TD=Tetanus and diphtheria (must be taken in the last 10 years)
MMR=Measles-Mumps-Rubella
