请问485 体检都需要打疫苗吗？

我给相关医生打了电话，他说如果怀孕了，只需要免去做X-RAY，他说没有任何注射项目。
可看到这里讨论485体检，说要打疫苗，孕妇肯定是不能打吧？听说还要抽血，这对怀孕没影响吧？
