想赶5月12日的2万名额？overnight express

估计12日会有很多申请，如果你一定要求有人签收的话也许会被耽搁了。不论什么方式，算好时间，最好在12日当天到，否则你可能赶不上。一定不能早于12日到，因为移民局可能拒收，这样就耽误了。
