But still items 1, 2&4 are only circumstantial supporting info for your excellence. You should stress on item 3 and maybe collect more info like that (such as papers, citations, presentations) - remember this is about YOU instead of your boss or group! To do so, you can also ask for more recommendation letters (including a long one from your current boss) basically to ask other people to say that you are better than others.

Last but not least, although they didn't ask for evidence for national interest, it is a good idea to stress that point again in the letters.
