When you say "because the graduation date for my master degree is later than the application date of the substituted labor certification", "the application date of the substituted labor certification" 是指你开始登广告的日子, 还是指递交你所有材料给劳工部的日子. 我的graduation date 晚于登广告,但早于递交材料给劳工部的日子,是不是也会被拒? 再请问, 你是哪个中心的?多谢!祝好运!
