你可以给你丈夫file I824, 也可以file I485

因为他曾经来过美国,所以可以file I485.
而对于从来没有来过美国的人就只能file I824.

二者都在美国file. 需要的文件包括你和他在美国的身份,你们的结婚公证等.

既然H1还没有过期,不renew EAD也可以.renew了也没有坏处, 就是花点申请费, 同时万一你现在的公司lay off你, 你可以立即用EAD找下一个工作.
