1. English should not be a problem for all lawyers who work in the United States. However, some of them may not work very responsibly or very professionally.

2. I was so lucky to have referred an excellent cover letter for EB1b petition, which was provided by a close friend of mine. It was really benificial to me! I returned it to my friend immediately after completing my application because it is a private document. Other two packages I bought on the net were for NIW petition. I learnt the ducment organization from them, but the cover letters were not that useful to my case.

3. References are just references. You cannot rely on them too much. On the other hand, I believe many of the packages advertised on the net should be good enough to help you 扫盲.
