回复：美国哪里能买加拿大dollar的cashier check

According to the regulation in Buffalo office:
Payment in Canadian dollars must be drawn on a bank located in Canada and payable to the "Canadian Consulate General".
The only Canadian bank that has branches in US is Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). I don't know if the CA$ check issued by RBC branches in US is considered as "drawn on a bank located in Canada".
