一个月后又收到做fingerprint的通知

我上个月初刚刚做我fingerprint(code 3)，今天又收到做fingerprint的通知。上面说 The FBI was unstable to process your fingerprint card. It will be necessary to have your fingerprints re-taken. 不过这次变成code1了。有谁遇到同样的情况吗？是什么地方不对吗？谢谢了！
