加拿大不承认外国学历

在国内,欧洲甚至美国的硕士,博士到这里都是"文盲", 到餐馆涮盘子,到工厂开机器,到农场摘番茄,捉秋引.
我认识一个黑人姑娘, 在美国做看护PSW, 到加拿大资格不被承认,要重新去读书取证书.
宏观上加拿大不坏, 微观上堪忧. 但对你我来说,只是宏观中的千万分之一, 微观上你是你的100%.
