Is this 45 day letter?

Labor Cert filed long time ago. Got a letter two weeks ago from Workforce Commission saying the case submitted on behalf of the above alien has been sent to the Backlog Reduction Center. Contacted the lawyer and he said this is not a 45 day letter. Does anybody got a 45 days letter and how long the LC will be processed after the 45 days letter? This is so painful.
