Does this count as cocurrent

filing? I filed my I-140 on Jan, 2005 and Just mailed my I-485 application on 04/29/05 and marked as cocurrent filing. Does anyone know will INS process my I-485 together with I-140 or will they process my applications seperately? Pls advise. Will be truly grateful.
