I think you will get the decision for your 140 when they start to process your 485.

I submitted my 140 and 485 on May 28, 2004 in VSC. I got my 140 approved in April after my FP was done.

I think you will get it soon.

If you can not wait any more, just call them to
inquire about your 140. Good luck.
