申请工卡EAD没有回执？

I applied for EAD for my wife on about April 10. Check was cashed on April 18. But still we haven't got BCIS's receipt yet (I767?). What's wrong?

My I-140 was approved on 12/2003, we filed our I485 in 7/2003. We both applied for and got Advanced Parole before. Was anyone in similar situation before? What was the result? thanks,
