there is no direct relationship between your company's size and the fate of your 140. It is good that you are paid your prevailing wage now. But the issue is INS will investigate not only your current salary, but the salary from the the date you submitted your Labor. You have to make sure your salary from the date of your LC submission have been matching the prevailing wage.
