NIW EAD and OPT

I'm now a last year PhD student. My NIW140 was approved 2 month ago and I just submitted 485 and EAD application. Could you guys please tell me if I'm still be able to submit OPT application? OPT should be much safer than EAD, in case of something wrong with 485. But I'm now afraid OPT application will affect the processiong of 485 and EAD. Please give me some recommendations. Thanks
