Crying!! Could not sleep!!!

Last time my mom stayed here for less than 2 years and we have all the extension approvals (extended three times).

We waited two years to apply new visa.

She got rejected twice in Shenyang.

Does anyone know she will have any chance if we try again?

Also, I am planning to get married, to an American. Is this a good reason to put in the form, or do not even mention it?

Please help!!! Thanks a million!!!!!
