Question on I-485 Receipt

Got I-485 Receipt Notice today. I-140 approved on 12/10/04 (on substituted LC, priority date 11/9/99). There is no priority date on the I-485 Receipt Notice. Is there a problem? Does the priority date still count for I-485 filing? Please advise. Thanks!
