LC in backlog center

Does everyone got LC from backlog center. I have waitted for 2 years. Right now a friend who can help me for this. But I do not know whether is works. He knows a state Senator also is house Representative. If he can make a phone call for me how can I find a reason for my LC. Thanks.(I got 45 Letter at 2 mon. ago)
