worrying!!!!

My employer is going to sponsor me for green card soon, but I have a big concern: My resume for previous H-1B was different from my current resume (used for current H-1B filling and green-card application). My quesiton is how would this impact my green-card application?
I guess the real question is when CIS officer reviews the green-card application, will they review the documentaiton for previous H-1B filling?
