请问是应该拿到永久居民的签证以后结婚还是之前也可以

我申请加拿大PR正准备结婚，然后老婆再申请，是不是最好拿到移民纸， 或者登陆以后再结婚， 这个时间对我老婆以后申请有影响吗 谢谢
